El Dorado County Public Heath – Maternal child and adolescent health services, car safety and baby car seat installation/provision, immunization services

El Dorado Smiles Dental Van – Campus visits for our students; attends yearly backpack distribution event at Schnell

Kiwanis – Distribution of Latino Food Baskets yearly

Housing El Dorado – Safe Parking program for our families who live in cars; hotel stays during inclement weather (guests accepted by referral only)

Soroptimist International of Placerville – Provides funding up to $500 for needy mothers with children to help pay bills, auto expenses, etc.

Placer Food Bank – Provides monthly delivery of non-perishables, snacks and produce for needy students to our district, also household items and clothing when available

Federated Church – Offers backpack snacks to Sierra and Walmart gift cards for our needy families to the FRC

Shakespeare Club – Provides donations/buys groceries for the FRC when needed

Beta Sigma Phi Sorority of Placerville - Food, shoes and clothing when needed

El Dorado Arts and Culture – Members donate electronic keyboards & guitars for after school enrichment

Kings Meats – Turkeys for Thanksgiving for PUSD needy families

Hands 4 Hope (youth led community service program) – Yearly school supply distribution program, help with Clothing Closet, food pantry, Club at Markham

New Morning Youth Shelter/Victims Advocate – Safe shelter for our unaccompanied students, Markham students donate to those housed there/coordinate advocate help for families. Shelter also provides clothing for the PUSD clothing closet

EL Dorado Community HUBS – Parent trainings, navigates families to various local resources, help with Spanish speaking parents in need, staff provide diapers an attend PUSD’s monthly produce/Clothing Closet openings

HELP House – House PUSD homeless families when an opening in duplex is available

El Dorado Community Foundation – Various grants, Crisis Angel Network 1 time funding to help families needing to pay bills, etc.

Catalyst Community – Local parenting classes/ Spanish parenting classes

Toys for Tots – Offer toys for PUSD students at holiday via FRC

Placerville Sheriff – Delivers bike helmets, bikes, and toys to the FRC during the holidays

AspireKids – Placerville resource for clothing, extracurricular student scholarships and Christmas gifts (The ELF Project)

Assistance League of Sierra Foothills – Operation School Bell (yearly free clothing shopping for MV/low income students); volunteer yearly

Jammin’ Dance and Fitness – Kay Lenhardt provides ZUMBA/Creative Dance after school enrichment classes

Fine Arts School of the Pines – Mrs. Lavar, CEO, provides top-level acrylic painting after school enrichment classes

Big Brothers Big Sisters – Visits our students at lunch time once a month

NAMI El Dorado – Mental health family support groups

Boys and Girls Club – After school classes, work with staff to waive fees of MV students

Marshall Foundation – “Walk to School” Day

Exhilaration Station – Provides parent/grandparent support groups and summer camp programs on a sliding scale for families

Tahoe Coalition for the Homeless – Serves and helps to house our MV families in El Dorado County

Health and Human Services – CalWORKs, Energy Bill help, hotel stays for our MV families

Summitview Child and Family Services – Wellness Centers at Markham

EDCOE - $5,000 donated to FRC from Child Abuse Prevention Council via EDCOE for families in need; provides coats yearly for PUSD students who need one
